Our menu is based on daily choices of the
freshest Seafood and Fish available
locally and from abroad.
If it's fresh, it's La Panga Antigua.

Seafood and fine cuts.

We source our fish from a small group of local fisherman. Always fresh, properly prepared for delivery and never frozen!. We offer on a regular basis the tastiest fish from these unspoiled waters: Seabass, pargo and grouper. Our shellfish is from the cooler waters of the pacific north of US.

Our beef is prime quality from producers that minimize the use of antibiotics and are growth hormone free. We wet our prime cuts for a week to improve the taste and texture of the meat. Enjoy.
